Half-hearted Suffocation

Some days it’s just really hard to live. It’s hard to stand or to sit or to eat or to look people in the eyes. I feel I’m being watched when I’m alone. I feel there is nothing right, and in spite of all these feelings, I don’t die. I feel every second I am choking in my loneliness, like loneliness is a thick kind of liquid meant to suffocate you but not to kill you.
